NICHOLAS PLASTIRAS, LMFT
Therapy in Marin County

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, therapeutic environment in which you can open up about issues that may not be so comfortable talking about. Helping people explore their inner truths so that they can live fuller, wiser, and more authentic lives is why I became a psychotherapist. I help clients discover and integrate what is underneath their problematic symptoms, behaviors, and patterns. Often times people discover that their most problematic patterns are, in fact, outdated coping strategies that no longer serve them. Through this process, relief, a deeper understanding of self, healthier coping strategies, and so much more can be found.
